- เงื่อนไขราคาตามสัญชาติ/ภูมิภาค (Regional Pricing & Eligibility): แพ็กเกจสมาชิกสำหรับชาวไทย (Thai Member) สงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะผู้ที่มีสัญชาติไทย หรือผู้ที่พำนักและใช้งานภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น สำหรับผู้ใช้งานต่างชาติ จะต้องสมัครสมาชิกภายใต้แพ็กเกจ International Member เท่านั้น
- การตรวจสอบและการสวมสิทธิ์ (Audit & Misrepresentation): ทางเว็บไซต์ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ผู้ใช้งาน หากพบว่าผู้ใช้งานต่างชาติทำการปลอมแปลงข้อมูล ใช้บัญชีธนาคาร/เบอร์โทรศัพท์ของผู้อื่น หรือตั้งใจสมัครแพ็กเกจผิดประเภทเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงอัตราค่าบริการปกติ ทางเว็บไซต์จะทำการระงับบัญชี (Block/Terminate Account) ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และจะไม่ทำการคืนเงินค่าสมัครทุกกรณี
